Unused API credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Partially used credit packs are refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion. To request a refund, email us with your account email and order reference.
There are no subscriptions — you only pay for the credits you purchase. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are eligible for refund per our refund policy above.
Our API services are provided for lawful purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.
