All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that API credit top-ups cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to start with a small amount to evaluate the service before making larger purchases. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@lukonllm.ai and we will investigate promptly.
There are no subscriptions — you only pay for the credits you purchase. You may stop using the service at any time with no penalty. As stated in our Refund Policy, purchased credits are non-refundable. Any unused credits will remain in your account indefinitely as long as your account remains in good standing.
Our API services are provided for lawful purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws. All sales are final — by initiating a payment you expressly agree to our no-refund policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of our acceptable use policy, including initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without valid cause.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (email, payment info). We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Our services are available to businesses and developers worldwide, subject to applicable export control laws. Users in sanctioned regions may be restricted in accordance with US regulations.
